摘要
粉煤气化装置排放的CO_2若扩散至空分装置入口,引起空分装置入口空气中CO_2浓度偏高,会对空分装置的正常运行造成影响。基于PHAST软件对粉煤气化装置CO_2泄压排放云团进行模拟,分析CO_2扩散云团的影响范围,并对影响云团扩散的因素进行讨论,以供空分装置和粉煤气化装置总图布置和规划时参考。
If the carbon dioxide emitted by the pulverized coal gasification unit is diffused into the entrance of the air separation unit, the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air at inlet of the air separation unit is high, which will affect the normal operation of the air separation unit. Discharged cloud cluster of carbon dioxide decompression in pulverized coal gasification unit is simulated based on PHAST software, and influence scope of carbon dioxide diffusion clouds is analyzed. Meanwhile, effect factors of clouds diffusion are discussed, which provide reference for general layout and planning of air separation unit and pulverized coal gasification unit.
