摘要
双向搅拌旋喷桩是运用高压旋喷技术喷射(压力大于18kPa)水泥浆液、切削土体,并使高压喷射的浆液限定在设定加固体内,同时进行双向强制搅拌,还可以根据需要变截面施工,吸收了深层搅拌桩、高压旋喷桩、三轴搅拌桩等技术优点,克服其缺点,形成的一种全新的(变径)双向搅拌旋喷桩。可通过搅拌功能取代二重管和三重管高压旋喷。
Two-way mixing spouting pile uses high-pressure rotary jet technique for spraying（pressure greater than 18 kPa） cement slurry, cutting soil, and limiting the high-pressure jet slurry to the set reinforcement body, while carrying out two-way forced mixing, and it can also change the cross-section construction according to needs, absorb the technical advantages of deep mixing piles, high-pressure jet grouting piles and three-axis mixing piles, and overcomes their shortcomings, forming a new（reducing） two-way mixing spouting pile. The double-tube and triple-tube high-pressure rotary spray can be replaced by a stirring function.
