摘要
装配式建筑设计施工的BIM技术应用使装配式建筑设计更符合现代城市化发展需求,同时建筑施工使用质量得以保障。本文将根本装配式建筑设计施工特点,对其与BIM技术的关系与实际应用逐一阐述,并制定有效的装配式建筑设计施工BIM技术运用方案,以此为后续阶段科学的运用BIM技术开展装配式建筑施工设计提供部分参考性建议。
The application of BIM technology in the design and construction of prefabricated buildings makes the prefabricated building design more in line with the needs of modern urbanization, and the quality of construction and construction is guaranteed. In this paper, the characteristics of the basic prefabricated building design and construction as well as its relationship with the BIM technology and its practical application are expounded one by one, and an effective BIM technology application plan for the prefabricated building design and construction is developed, which can provides some reference recommendations for the prefabricated building design and construction.
