摘要
在我国,垃圾焚烧前景很好,目前国内垃圾焚烧研究主要集中于大型化垃圾焚烧发电技术,但对用于小城镇及农村的小型垃圾焚烧炉研究依然有所欠缺,本文主要针对一种小型低污染垃圾焚烧处理方案进行研究,主要确定了垃圾焚烧流程,对垃圾焚烧炉选用了固定炉排炉,对炉膛进行了结构设计,对烟气中的有害成分及颗粒物通过烟气处理系统进行了处理,基本能控制垃圾焚烧减量化处理及实现烟气无害化处理。
The development of waste incineration has good prospects in China. At present, domestic waste incineration research is mainly focused on large waste incineration power generation technology. However, research on small incinerators for small towns and villages is still lacking. In this paper, a small and low pollution waste incinerator treatment project is mainly studied. It mainly determines the waste incineration process, and a fixed grate furnace is selected for the incinerator. The structure of the furnace is designed, and the harmful components and particulates in the flue gas are treated by the flue gas treatment system. It can basically control waste incineration and reduce treatment and realize harmless treatment of flue gas.
