摘要
外墙竖向装饰条加LED照明组合是构建建筑幕墙立面装饰效果的重要元素,并已在众多工程中有着广泛的应用。南宁太平金融大厦项目因为采用单元体玻璃幕墙,型材设计时为达到美标的高防水等级,因此并未设计LED照明灯线穿单元体幕墙的腔孔。经项目部反复推敲方案对比,最终采用在两个单元体之间平接缝处进行打孔穿线,线路由桥架开口引至幕墙端,同时增加穿金属软管进行保护,并特别设计了锁母接头的固定形式,以达到安装管线布线同时又不影响单元体幕墙防水性能的目的。
The vertical decorative strips and LED lighting combination of the exterior wall are important elements in constructing the decorative effect of the facade of the building curtain wall, and have been widely used in many projects. Because the Nanning Taiping Financial Building project uses a unit glass curtain wall and the profile design is designed to achieve the high waterproof rating of the American standard, the LED lighting wire is not designed to penetrate the cavity of the unit curtain wall. After repeated comparisons of the schemes by the project department, the hole is threaded at the flat joint between the two unit bodies. The line is led from the bridge opening to the curtain wall end. At the same time, the metal hose is added for protection, and the lock nut is specially designed. The fixed form of the joint is used to achieve the purpose of installing the pipeline wiring without affecting the waterproof performance of the unit curtain wall.
