低温冷却器钢支架设计及承载性能分析

摘要 根据华能金陵电厂除尘设备本体及刚性钢支架的受力特点,利用Staad Pro建立有限元模型,对结构进行静力分析、结构设计、屈曲分析和非线性分析。计算结构的变形、内力、稳定应力比以及结构的屈曲模态和特征值屈曲荷载,给出有缺陷结构的荷载-位移曲线及极限承载力。结果表明:利用Staad Pro软件能够快速地进行钢结构的设计和分析,比较准确地把握结构真实受力性能,表明刚性钢支架是一种可靠、稳定的结构承载体系;在工期较短时应用广泛。 According to the mechanical characteristics of the dust removal equipment and the rigid steel support, the finite element model was built by Staad Pro to do static analysis, structural design, buckling analysis and nonlinear analysis of the structure. The deformation, internal force, stable stress ratio of the structure, and the buckling mode and eigenvalue buckling load of the structure were calculated, and the load-displacement curve and ultimate bearing capacity of the defective structure was given. The results show that Staad Pro software can realize quick design and analysis of steel structure, so that we can accurately grasp the real mechanical properties of the structure, indicating that the rigid steel frame is a stable and reliable structure bearing system. It is widely used in projects with short construction time.
