摘要
本文采取问卷调查方式对高校食堂满意度进行调查,并对调查结果做描述性统计分析、因子分析,分析得出学生对食堂的满意度一般,饭菜质量、食堂环境、服务质量、就餐时间这4个方面是影响学生对食堂满意度的主要因素,并根据分析结果给出提升食堂满意度的一些建议。
This paper investigates the satisfaction of canteens in colleges and universities by questionnaire survey, and makes descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis of the survey results. The results show that students＇ satisfaction with canteens is general,and food quality, canteen environment, service quality, and meal time are the main factors affecting students＇ satisfaction with the canteen,and some suggestions for improving the satisfaction of the canteen are given based on the analysis results.
