摘要
核电项目EPC模式下设计单位的设计工作与传统工程承包模式下设计工作均存在一定差异,设计单位沿用传统设计模式易导致项目执行风险。文章从核电项目EPC模式下设计单位的角度简述设计单位设计工作的现状、内容、特点,分析EPC设计工作的控制要点,提高核电项目EPC设计精细化。
There are certain differences between the design work of the design institute in the EPC mode of the nuclear power project and the design work in the traditional project contracting mode. The traditional design mode followed by the design institute can easily lead to project execution risk. This article briefly describes the status, content, and characteristics of the design work of the design institute from the perspective of the design institute of the nuclear power project EPC mode, analyzes the control points of the EPC design work, and improves the refinement of the EPC design of the nuclear power project.
