摘要
目前我国商品经济正在不断发展,城市化建设进程也在逐步加快。近年来在商业建筑中,商业综合体的建设数量越来越多,其设计方向也逐渐趋于开放性、生态性。尤其是商业综合体中屋顶的设计与利用,不仅有效提升了商业综合体的商业价值,同时对改善城市区域的生态环境也有一定的积极作用。
At present, China＇s commodity economy is developing continuously, and the process of urbanization is graduallyaccelerating. In recent years, in commercial buildings, the number of commercial complexes has increased, and its design direction hasgradually become more open and ecological. In particular, the design and utilization of roofs in commercial complexes not only effectivelyenhances the commercial value of commercial complexes, but also has a positive effect on improving the ecological environment of urbanareas.
