摘要
社会治理是对于传统社会管理的理念和模式创新,有助于推进以往以政府为中心的传统社会管理体系向多中心共管、多元化治理主体共建的现代社会治理体系的根本性转变。以贵阳花果园社区为案例,分析当前新型城镇社区建设中亟待解决的公共问题,重点探讨了作为企业的宏立城集团在贵阳花果园项目开发和建设中社会责任和政治参与问题,揭示了现代城市管理与现代社会治理的内在联系,为创新政府管理、加强服务型政府建设提供了借鉴和参考。
Social governance is a concept and mode innovation for the traditional social management, and helps to promote thefundamental transformation of the traditional social management system of the traditional government centered traditional social managementsystem to the multi center co management and the pluralistic governance subject. Taking the Guiyang flower orchard community as a case,this paper analyzes the public problems that need to be solved in the construction of new urban communities, and focuses on the problemsof social responsibility and political participation in the development and construction of Guiyang flower orchard project, which is theenterprise＇s macro city group, and reveals the internal relations between modern urban management and modern social governance. Itprovides reference for innovating government management and strengthening the construction of service-oriented government.
