摘要
由于我国不断的深化改革,建筑业传统的施工管理方式俨然已经无法支撑现代化建设对其提出的各种发展需求。现代化的城市建设需要将现代化的信息管理技术与传统的施工体制结合在一起,进而创建出完善的建筑工程施工质量方法和控制策略。本文主要分析了建筑工程中影响施工质量的因素,并且根据现阶段建筑工程的施工情况,提出了对施工质量进行管理的方式以及控制策略,为今后的建筑工程管理提供一些参考。
Due to the continuous deepening of reforms in China, the traditional construction management methods of the constructionindustry have been unable to support the various development needs of modernization. Modern urban construction needs to combine moderninformation management technology with traditional construction systems to create a perfect construction quality construction method andcontrol strategy. This paper mainly analyzes the factors affecting the construction quality in the construction project, and according to theconstruction situation of the current construction project, puts forward the management method and control strategy of the constructionquality, which provides some reference for the future construction engineering management.
