摘要 目的规范系统升级优化过程,提升系统性能。方法本文研究和设计了一套基于PDCA的系统升级优化理论,并用于指导LIS系统的升级,保证了整个系统优化升级过程的顺利进行。结果在良好的基础设施支撑下,以基于PDCA的系统升级优化理论为指导,顺利地完成了LIS系统的升级。结论系统升级后,切实规范了实验室操作流程,保障了检验质量。 Objective To regulate the process of system optimization and upgrade, and improve system performance. Methods A set of system upgrade optimization theory was studied and designed based on PDCA in this paper. Then the theory was used to guide the upgrading of LIS system, which could ensure the smooth progress of the whole system optimization and upgrading process. Results With the guidance of the theory, the LIS system was upgraded successfully under good infrastructure conditions. Conclusion The operation process of the laboratory has been practically standardized and the inspection quality has been guaranteed after the system being upgraded.
