摘要
高职教育的目标是培养面向生产服务一线的高素质技能型人才,因此实践教学在职业教育中占主体地位。近年来,我国高职教育发展迅速,学生的实践能力能否满足企业的需求这一教学质量问题倍受社会关注。针对提升学生的实践能力问题,文章以西安职业技术学院为例进行了高职物流管理专业实践类课程改革的研究与实践。首先对实践教学进行项目化管理、学分积累考核。进而,加强对校内外实训等实践教学的过程管理和质量监控与评价,提高学生职业技能的培养质量,提升物流管理专业教学水平与教学质量。对区域内物流管理专业教学发挥示范引领作用。
The goal of education in higher vocational colleges is training high-quality technical talents, whom can meet the requirements of front line of production and services. Thus, practical teaching plays a dominant role in vocational educa- tion. As in recent years, education has developed rapidly inhigher vocational colleges in China. Whether students practi- cal abilities can meet the needs of enterprises has attracted nmeh attention from the society over the country. Aiming at improving students practical ability, this paper study and practice the practical curriculum reform of logistics manage- ment major in higher vocational colleges, which takes xi "an vocational and technical college as an example. First of all, we use the project managenlent and credit aeeunmlation for the assessment of practical teaching. Furtherly, we try to strengthen the training of practice teaching both inside and outside school. For example, we use face-to-face process management and quality- monitoring and evaluation to improve the training quality. The study can improve the logistics management, protessional teaching level quality, which can be a model of the development of logistics teaching management in the local area.
