摘要
针对传统的装备维修保障力量编组平战差异较大、与作战需求不相适应、组织结构不够合理、效益普遍偏低等问题,采用解聚方法进行分析,以待修装备和维修专业关系为切入点,建立了装备维修保障力量解聚模型,并将该方法应用于实例。应用结果表明,该方法能为装备保障指挥员在制定编组方案中提供辅助决策,具有应用价值。
Centering on the issues of the traditional maintenance discussed differences between wartime and peacetime, unreasonable and that did not match with the combat requirements, this paper analysis the problem of grouping. Taking the relationship between specialty as the breaking point, this paper builds a model of disaggr support forces grouping, which has organization structure, low efficiency, uses the damaged egation of and applies this method to the instance. The application result shows that this method can provide thecommander with aid decision making, and it has application value.
