摘要
随着互联网信息技术与课程教学的深入融合,网络问卷调查以其独特的优势,已被广泛应用于教学活动中。为了提高《食品毒理学》课程的教学质量,本文以问卷星为例,介绍了网络问卷调查在《食品毒理学》课程随堂小测、组织微课视频制作与投票评分、师生互动以及教学反馈中的应用。
With the further integration of the Internet information technology and curriculum teaching,the network questionnaire survey with its unique advantages,has been widely used in teaching activities.In order to improve the teaching quality of the course of food toxicology,based on the questionnaire star as an example,introduces the network questionnaire survey in ＂Food Toxicology＂ course quizzes,micro class organization video production and vote,the interaction between teachers and students as well as the application of teaching feedback.
