摘要
本文总结分析了263例骨盆骨折的发病特点及治疗方法,就骨盆骨折的分型与并发症、处理原则及预后关系进行了讨论。认为骨盆骨折应在注重处理并发症的同时,争取对骨折早期准确复位,尤其是Ⅲ型骨折,并发症多,伤势重,仍应重视骨折的整复。治疗中内外合参,中西并重,可降低死亡率,促进骨折愈合,利于功能恢复。
263 cases of pelvic fracture were reported in this paper.The incidence,treatment, classification,complication and prognosis were analysed.The authors advise that attention must be paid to early reduction of the fracture while deal with complications,particularly in Ⅲ type which has more complications.Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and the relations of internal and external will be helpful to reduce the death rate and the recover.
