摘要
由于高校物流专业发展较快,在人才培养方案制定以及和教学实践过程中引发了诸多问题,特别是缺乏对实践操作能力的培养,致使毕业生在就业中缺乏竞争优势。高校物流专业教学改革要积极转变观念,以就业导向为切入点进行理念创新和教学方法的改革,培养出高素质的物流应用性人才。
Due to the rapid development of logistics management in universities,many problems arise in the formulation and practice of talent training programs,especially the lack of training of practical operation ability,resulting in graduates＇ lack of competitive advantage in employment. The teaching reform of logistics management major in Colleges and universities should actively transform concepts,take employment orientation as the breakthrough point,carry out the innovation of teaching ideas and methods,and cultivate high-quality applied talents of logistics.
