摘要
某丙烯腈装置原DCS系统采用常规PID控制,对于要求实现既保证产品质量又维持高收率和低消耗的实时工艺优化控制存在较大困难。因此引进具有良好鲁棒性的多变量预测控制技术APC-Adcon,对丙烯腈装置实施先进控制。结果表明:系统投运率较高,运行效果较好。
Considering the fact that original DCS system which employing conventional PID control for the acrylonitrile plant makes the optimization control of real-time process difficult to ensure product quality and high yield and low-cost control,the APC-Adcon multivariable predictive control technology with good robustness was introduced to acrylonitrile plant. The results show that,the system improved has higher operating rate and effect.
