摘要
目的:探讨延续护理对经外周穿刺中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者护理效果的影响。方法:收治PICC置管患者101例作为对照组,218例患者作为护理组。对照组于术后接受常规护理,护理组术后则接受综合性延续护理。结果:护理组患者并发症发病率低于对照组,且自我护理能力、按时维护率与留置时间方面有显著提升(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理能够显著提升PICC置管患者的护理效果,能够明显提升患者置管安全性。
Objective：To explore the effect of continuous nursing on the nursing effect of PICC patients.Methods：101 patients with PICC catheterization were selected as the control group and 218 patients as the nursing group.The control group received routine nursing after operation,while the nursing group received comprehensive continuous nursing after operation.Results：The incidence of complications in the nursing group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant improvement in self nursing ability,time maintenance rate and retention time（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Extended care can significantly improve the nursing effect of PICC patients,and can significantly improve the safety of patients.
