摘要
目的:探讨苇茎汤联合西药治疗老年肺炎的疗效。方法:收治老年肺炎患者86例,根据就诊顺序分为对照组和治疗组,各43例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组给予西药联合苇茎汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量各指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年肺炎联合西药与苇茎汤治疗,不仅疗效显著,而且可改善生活质量。
Objective：To investigate the effect of reed stem soup combined with western medicine on pneumonia in the elderly.Methods：86 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia were selected,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the order of treatment,with 43 cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine,while the treatment group were treated with western medicine combined with reed stem soup.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the scores of life quality in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of senile pneumonia,combined with western medicine and reed stem soup,is not only effective,but also can improve the quality of life.
