摘要
目的:探讨盐酸羟考酮对老年癌痛患者的临床疗效。方法:收治老年癌痛患者95例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用硫酸吗啡控释片镇痛,观察组采用盐酸羟考酮镇痛,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS评分和不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸羟考酮对老年癌痛患者的效果明显,不良反应发生率低,安全性高。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with cancer pain.Methods：95 elderly patients with cancer pain were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets for analgesia,the observation group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride analgesia,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the VAS score and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with cancer pain was significant,the incidence of adverse reactions was low,and the safety was high.
