摘要
目的:探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片对于老年冠心病合并焦虑患者的影响。方法:收治冠心病并焦虑患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率、治疗后SAS量表评分和SDS量表评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片对于老年冠心病合并焦虑患者的效果显著。
Objective：To explore the effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety.Methods：60 patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with atorvastatin,the observation group added with flupentixol and melitracen tablets on the basis of the control group,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total effective rate,the SAS scale after treatment and the SDS scale score were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety was significant.
