摘要 以承受内压作用的偏心锥壳大开孔接管为研究对象,联合ANSYS与Matlab优化偏心锥壳接管的尺寸和形状参数,运用ANSYS进行建模和有限元分析求解,利用多目标基因遗传优化算法对参数进行优化,在结构满足分析设计要求的条件下,使接管质量最小为657.28kg,对应的最大应力值为245.35MPa。 Taking large-opening nozzle of the eccentric conical shell as the object of study,having ANSYS and Matlab based to optimize both size and shape of the eccentric conical shell's large-opening nozzle was implemented,including adopting ANSYS to model and to solve through finite element analysis,as well as making use of multiple-objective genetic optimization algorithm to optimize parameters so that,under the conditions of satisfying the requirement of structure analysis and design,the mass of nozzle can be 657. 28 kg at minimum along with the maximal stress of 245. 35 MPa.
