摘要
直线电机直接驱动系统是数控机床高速高静进给系统的理想传动形式,已经成为研究的热点。首先建立了一种直线电机通Matlabsimulink仿真模型;其次,提出了一种改进的数字滑模控制策略。通过仿真验证了本论文方法比PID控制和传统滑模控制具有更好的动静态性能和鲁棒干扰抑制能力。
Linear motor direct drive system is the ideal transmission form of high speed and high static feed system of CNC machine tools,and has become a research hotspot. First,Matlab simulink simulation model for linear motor is established,secondly,an improved digital sliding mode control strategy is presented. Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed method has better dynamic and static performance and robust interference suppression than PID control and traditional sliding mode control.
