摘要
目的观察穴位注射联合中频脉冲治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将60例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用糖尿病宣教、饮食控制、运动、降糖、足部护理与甲钴胺注射液穴位注射治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中频脉冲穴位治疗。2组均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、糖尿病性周围神经病变总积分与正中神经传导速度、腓总神经传导速度,并统计2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个疗程后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组中医证候总积分、糖尿病性周围神经病变总积分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组上述积分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组正中神经传导速度、腓总神经传导速度均明显提高(P均<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后均未出现明显不良反应。结论穴位注射联合中频脉冲治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变疗效确切,可明显改善症状,提升神经传导速度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection combined with intermediate frequency pulse in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diabetes education,diet control,exercise,hypoglycemic,foot care and acupoint injection of mecobalamin injection.The observation group was treated with intermediate frequency pulse acupoint therapy on the basis of the control group.7 days as one treatment course,both groups were treated for 2 course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,total scores of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and median and sacral nerve conduction velocity were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was counted.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.The total scores of TCM symptom and the total score of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were significantly decreased after treatment（P0.05）,the above scores were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group（P0.05）.The median nerve conduction velocity and sacral nerve conduction velocity was significantly increased in both groups（P0.05）,and the velocity in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.No significant adverse reaction occurred during treatment.Conclusion Acupoint injection combined with intermediate frequency pulse therapy is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can significantly improve symptoms and improve nerve conduction velocity.It is worthy of clinical application.
