摘要
目的分析活血通络方辨证加减治疗血瘀型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月—2018年1月期间该院血瘀型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者100例(实施随机颜色球抽取的方式)。分别给予常规西药、活血通络方辨证加减治疗,对比2组血糖指标情况、下肢血管指标情况、血流指标情况。结果观察组FPG为(6.21±1.11)mmol/L、2 hPG为(10.02±2.22)mmol/L、HbAlc为(6.11±1.08)%、ABI为(1.12±0.33)、血管内径为(2.65±0.33)mm、VMT为(7.87±0.88)mm、VMB为(17.77±2.22)cm/s、全血黏度低切为(12.33±0.77)m Pa/s、全血黏度高切为(5.01±0.22)m Pa/s、血浆黏度为(1.40±0.11)m Pa/s、红细胞压积为(42.22±1.25)%,数据与对照组数据之间进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血通络方辨证加减治疗血瘀型糖尿病下肢血管病变效果较佳,可推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified huoxue tongluo fang differential treatment in treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease in blood stasis type. Methods 100 cases of patients with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease in blood stasis type admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, respectively treated with routine western medicine and modified huoxue tongluo fang differential therapy, and the blood glucose, lower extremity blood vessel and blood flow were compared between the two groups. Results The FPG（6.21±1.11） mmol/L, 2 hPG（10.02±2.22） mmol/L, HbAlc（6.11±1.08） %, ABI（1.12±0.33）, vessel diameter（2.65±0.33） mm, VMT（7.87±0.88） mm, VMB（17.77±2.22） cm/s, low blood viscosity of whole blood（12.33±0.77） m Pa/s,whole high viscosity（5.01±0.22） m Pa/s, plasma viscosity（1.40±0.11） m Pa/s and hematokrit（42.22±1.25） %, and the differences between groups were statisitcally significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of modified huoxue tongluo fang differential treatment in treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease in blood stasis type is better, which can be promoted.
