摘要
目的总结对于胃癌伴糖尿病患者的早期肠内营养的护理体会。方法选取该院在2015年1月—2018年3月期间接受的胃癌伴糖尿病患者50例,对患者进行术后的的鼻息肠管护理,营养支持护理以及并发症护理。结果所有患者均完成了正常的肠内营养计划并且健康出院,无病情恶化现象发生。有2例患者腹胀,1例低血糖,1例胃瘫,食管反流2例,经过调整体位协助,胃部按摩等护理措施后恢复。结论对于胃癌伴糖尿病病人进行术后早期肠内营养护理有利于加快患者康复,值得临床参考。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of early enteral nutrition in patients with gastric cancer with diabetes after surgery. Methods 50 cases of patients with gastric cancer with diabetes treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were selected and the patients were for nasal intestinal canal nursing after surgery, nutrition support nursing and complication nursing. Results All patients finished the normal enteral nutrition plan and were discharged healthily, without disease progression. There were 2 cases with abdominal distension, 1 case with hypoglycemia, 1 case with gastroplegia and 2 cases with esophageal reflux, the patients were recovered after the nursing measures such as adjusting the body position assistance and gastric massage. Conclusion The early enteral nutrition in patients with gastric cancer with diabetes after surgery after surgery is conductive to accelerating the recovery of patients, which is worth clinical reference.
