Changes and significance of plasma vascular endothelial growth factor levels in patients with cerebral small vessel disease

摘要 目的探讨脑小血管病患者血浆血管内皮生长因子水平的变化及意义。方法选择符合纳入标准的83例脑小血管病患者,依据头颅MRI检查结果分为单发腔梗组39例,多发腔梗合并脑白质病变组44例,并选取经头颅磁共振检查无异常的健康志愿者40例为对照组,采用酶联免疫分析法对各组血浆血管内皮生长因子水平测定,并运用Spearman相关性分析对脑小血管病患者血浆血管内皮生长因子与影像学病灶增多的相关性进行分析。结果与对照组相比,单发腔梗组、多发腔梗合并脑白质病变组血浆血管内皮生长因子均上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆血管内皮生长因子与影像学病灶增多呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论脑小血管病变患者血浆血管内皮生长因子水平存在变化,可能是其自我保护机制之一,且这种自我保护机制的强度与脑小血管病病灶数量呈正相关。 Objective To explore the changes and significance of the plasma vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with cerebral small vessel diseases. Methods Eighty three patients with cerebral small vessel disease who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled.According to the results of MRI,thirty nine patients were divided into single luminal infarction group,forty four patients with multiple luminal infarction and white matter lesions group.Forty healthy volunteersand were used as control group and no abnormalities were detected by magnetic resonance imaging,no abnormalities were detected by magnetic resonance imaging.The levels of plasma vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in each group were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and Spearman correlation analysis was used to increase plasma vascular endothelial growth factor and imaging lesions in patients with cerebral small vessel disease. Results Compared with the control group,the levels of the plasma vascular endothelial growth factor were significantly increased in the group of single lacunar infarction group and multiple lacunar infarction with cerebral white matter lesions group,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05).The plasma vascular endothelial growth factor positively correlated with the increase of imaging lesions( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The changes of the plasma vascular endothelial growth factor levels in patients with cerebral small vessel diseases may be one of its self protection mechanisms,and the intensity of this self protection mechanism positively correlated with the number of cerebral small vascular diseases lesions.
