摘要
目的观察分析补肾活血方促进膝关节骨折术后功能恢复的效果。方法随机选取该院2016年8月—2017年8月接收的40例膝关节骨折患者为该次实验研究对象,所有患者入院后均给予切开复位内固定治疗,按照术后是否给予补肾活血方治疗将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组20例患者术后给予常规治疗,实验组20例患者给予补肾活血方治疗,比较两组患者预后情况。结果实验组患者治疗3个疗程后优良率明显高于对照组(85.0%vs65.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.628,P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动障碍等中医症状评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.521、0.326,P<0.05)。结论对于膝关节骨折患者术后给予补肾活血方可有效促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,改善患者膝关节疼痛、肿胀等症状。
Objective This paper tries to observe and analyze the effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on functional recovery after knee fracture surgery. Methods 40 patients with knee fracture received from the hospital from August 2016 to August2017 were randomly selected as the experimental study object. All patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation after admission, and whether or not they were given Bushen Huoxue Treatment, all patients were equally divided into experimental group and control group. 20 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment after surgery. 20 patients in the experimental group were treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction. The prognosis of the two groups was compared. Results The excellent rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（85.0% vs65.0%） after 3 treatment courses, the difference was statistically significnat（χ^2=5.628, P〈0.05）. The scores of the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as knee pain, swelling, and activity disorders were evaluated in the experimental group,was significantly higher than the control group（t=1.521, 0.326, P〈0.05）. Conclusions Bushen Huoxue can effectively promote the recovery of knee joint function and improve the symptoms of knee joint pain and swelling in patients with knee fractures.
