摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与病情发展、演变的关系。方法方便选取该院2015年4月—2017年12月期间收治的46例确诊为急性脑梗死患者作为研究组,另选取同期该院门诊健康体检的46名健康者作为对照组。研究组常规进行疏通血管,应用神经康复药物、吸氧、功能性康复等对症支持治疗,并对两组患者hs-CRP、D-二聚体及LDL-C等指标进行测定,分析急性脑梗死患者hs-CRP水平与病情发展、演变的关系。结果研究组hs-CRP、D-二聚体、LDL-C等指标测定结果分别为(3.12±0.24)mg/L、(2.89±0.32)μg/m L及(4.03±0.97)mmol/L;对照组hs-CRP、D-二聚体、LDL-C等指标测定结果分别为(0.98±0.13)mg/L、(0.95±0.14)μg/m L、(3.10±0.24)mmol/L,研究组患者各项指标均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.401、37.670、6.312,P<0.05);急性脑梗死患者hs-CRP、D-二聚体等指标与神经系统损伤评分呈正相关(r=0.579、0.638,P<0.05);LDL-C水平与神经系统损伤评分无明显相关性(r=0.024,P>0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP水平可独立反映急性脑梗死的发生、发展及演变,与病情严重程度具有高度相关性。
Objective This paper tries to explore the relationship between serum hypersensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-crp)level in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its development and evolution. Methods From April 2015 to December2017, 46 patients with acute cerebral infarction diagnosed in the hospital were convenient selected as the study group. The other 46 healthy individuals from the outpatient department of the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The study group routinely unclogs blood vessels, applies neuro-rehabilitation drugs, oxygen inhalation, functional rehabilitation and other symptomatic supportive care, and measures the indexes of hs-CRP, D-dimer, and LDL-C in the two groups, and analyzes acute cerebral infarction. The relationship between hs-CRP level and the development and evolution of the patient's condition was analyzed. Results The results of the determination of hs-CRP, D-dimer, and LDL-C in the study group were(3.12±0.24) mg/L,(2.89±0.32)μg/m L, and(4.03±0.97) mmol/L, respectively; The results of determination of hs-CRP, D-dimer, and LDL-C in the control group were(0.98±0.13)mg/L,(0.95±0.14)μg/m L,(3.10± 0.24)mmol/L, all indexes in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(t=4.401,37.670,6.312 P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significant; acute cerebral infarction patients hs-CRP, D-dimer and other indicators were positively correlated with the neurological impairment score(r=0.579, 0.638 P〈0.05); LDL-C levels had no significant correlation with the neurological impairment score(r=0.024, P〉0.05). Conclusion Serum hs-CRP level can independently reflect the occurrence, development and evolution of acute cerebral infarction, and has a high correlation with the severity of the disease.
