摘要
高校实现内涵式发展离不开高素质的教师队伍,而青年教师是高校教师队伍的主力军。青年教师做好职业生涯规划关系到其自身的职业发展和学校的未来发展。分析当前高校青年教师的职业发展现状,并在高校内涵式发展视角下研究青年教师职业生涯规划,具有十分重要的意义。
Since a university＇s connotative development has to be based on a high quality teaching team,of which young teachers are the major force,the group of staff is very important for their own professional development and the school＇s future if they design a good career plan.In the paper below,a study on young university teachers＇ career plan that is of great significance was presented from the perspective of connotative development through an analysis of their current status in this aspect.
