摘要
目的:改进手术操作细节及术后护理措施,减少使用一次性包皮环切缝合器手术的并发症,提高患者满意度。方法:使用一次性包皮环切缝合器为340例包皮过长患者年龄范围17岁~52岁,年龄(26.6±4.6)岁行包皮环切术,对改进手术细节前后并发症的发生率和患者满意率进行对比。结果:改进后组术后24h疼痛评分为(1.87±1.06)分,明显低于改进前疼痛评分(2.35±1.27)分;愈合时间(8.46±3.69)天,小于改进前组(14.24±5.47);改进后组术后感染、瘀斑、血肿、裂开及再手术率明显小于改进前组;伤口愈合后满意率98.39%,高于改进前组(93.46%)。结论:采用改进方法,使用一次性包皮环切缝合器手术,可以降低术后24h疼痛评分,缩短愈合时间,减少术后感染、瘀斑、血肿、裂开等并发症出现率及再手术率,提高患者伤口外观满意度,值得推广。
Objective： To improve the surgical skillsand postoperative care of circumcision with a disposable suture deviceand reduce the incidence of complications. Methods： 340 male patients aged 17-52（ mean 26. 6 ±4. 6） years treated for redundant prepuce by modified or conventional circumcision with a disposable suture device were selected. The incidence of complications and patients＇ satisfaction between patients adopting the two surgical methods were compared. Results： Compared with conventional circumcision,the modified method showed a significantly lower postoperative 24 h pain score（ 1. 87 ± 1. 06 vs 2. 35 ± 1. 27） and a shorter healing time（ 8. 46 ± 3. 69 vs14. 24 ± 5. 47）. The incidence of postoperative infection,congestion,hematoma and wound dehiscence and second surgery rate in patients adopting modified method were lower than those received conventional circumcision. The patients＇ satisfaction was markedly higher in patients adopting modified method（ 98. 39%） than those received conventional circumcision（ 93. 46%）. Conclusions： Modified circumcision with a disposable suture device can significantly reduce the postoperative 24 h pain score and healing time,reduce the incidence of postoperative infection,congestion,hematoma,wound dehiscence and second surgery rate,which deserves wide clinical application.
