摘要
目的:探讨转化生长因子β2(TGF-β2)mRNA及蛋白在睾丸癌癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:病例选取西安交通大学医学院附属三二○一医院2013年4月至2016年12月期间经手术切除的睾丸癌标本,总共160例,另选取30例同期活检正常睾丸标本作为对照。采用荧光定量法和免疫印迹法检测TGF-β2在睾丸癌组织和正常睾丸组织中的表达水平,并分析TGF-β2在睾丸癌组织中表达的临床意义。结果:睾丸癌组织中TGF-β2 mRNA表达水平和蛋白表达水平高于正常睾丸组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);单因素分析结果显示,TGF-β2蛋白表达水平与患者年龄和肿瘤分化程度无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与肿瘤大小、临床分期以及淋巴结转移相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睾丸癌组织中TGF-β2表达水平升高,可能与睾丸癌发生发展有关,有助于睾丸癌术前临床分期以及预后评估。
Objective： To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor β2（ TGF-β2） mRNA and protein in testicular carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance. Methods： A total of 160 cases of testicular carcinoma tissues surgically resected in our hospital from April 2013 to December 2016 were collected,and a total of 30 cases of normal testicular tissues were selected as controls. The expression of TGF-β2 in testicular carcinoma tissues and normal testicular tissues was detected by fluorescence quantitative method and Western blot. The clinical significance of expression of TGF-β2 in testicular carcinoma tissues was analyzed. Results： The expression levels of TGF-β2 m RNA and protein in testicular carcinoma tissues were higher than those in normal testicular tissues（ P 〈0. 01）. Univariate analysis showed that the expression level of TGF-β2 protein was not related to the age and the degree of tumor differentiation（ P〉 0. 05）,but was related to tumor size,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The expression level of TGF-β2 is relatively higher in testicular carcinoma tissues,which may be related to the development of testicular carcinoma,which is conductive to evaluating the preoperative stage and prognosis of testicular carcinoma.
