模型试验大范围流场实时测量系统研究与应用

摘要 研制开发应用于模型实验的大范围流场实时测量系统,采用多台工业级高清摄像机、磁盘阵列、光纤技术等,实现了覆盖范围不受限制的流场实时测量。在软件算法方面,支持PTV、PIV算法叠加计算,实现粒子高浓度的局部精细化流场和粒子低浓度的大范围流场的同步测量,增强了流场测量系统的适用性。在流场测速方面所取得的新进展,可为大范围流场实时测量提供新的依据和参考。长江航道规划设计研究院基地模型的流场测量试验表明,本系统具有较好的应用前景。 In this paper,a new system was applied to measure large-scale velocity field at a real-time for model experiment. A certain number of industrial-grade high definition cameras,a RAID,optical fiber network were used in this system to calculating the real-time accurate velocity field with unlimited range. In the aspect of software algorithm,PTV and PIV algorithm were calculated by superposing,realizing the simultaneous measurement of the local refined velocity field with high particle concentration and the large-scale velocity field of low particle concentration,improving the applicability of velocity field measurement system. In brief,it was presented a new progress of large-scale real-time velocity field measurement system,that providing a new evidence and reference for velocity field measurement. It was indicated the system have a good application prospect from the velocity field experiments of the experimental base of the Changjiang Waterway Design Institute.
