摘要
通过对现有铁路诚信体系现状的分析,提出构建铁路旅客诚信体系思路,对诚信体系建设过程中的诚信档案、评价指标、评价模型和诚信结果应用等方面进行详细阐述,并对铁路旅客征信体系建设的发展提出建议。铁路旅客征信体系将在铁路运输服务体系中发挥积极和不可替代的作用。
Through the analysis of the existing railway credit system, this paper put forward the construction thought of railway passenger credit system, elaborated credit file, evaluation index, evaluation model and application of credit results in the process of the construction of credit system, proposed some suggestions for the construction of the railway passenger credit system. The railway passenger credit system would play a positive and irreplaceable role in the railway transport service system.
