摘要
随着经济快速发展,建筑行业也实现了跨越增长,各类建筑项目不断增加的同时,更要全面做好流程环节管理,推动企业良好经济效益。文章主要通过对建筑施工管理概念、准备、现场及验收等问题的分析,全面提出了管理措施与方法。
With the rapid development of economy, the construction industry has also realized the growth by leaps and bounds.While all kinds of construction projects are increasing, it is also necessary to do a good job in process link management in an allroundway, so as to promote the good economic benefits of enterprises.
