摘要 超高分子量聚乙烯(ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene,以下简称UHMWPE)纤维由于其综合性能优越,作为合成纤维新材料,可以满足现代渔业的发展要求,目前已经被应用于捕捞渔具与水产增养殖设施等领域。介绍了在渔业领域应用较多的UHMWPE纤维拉伸等力学方面的研究及其在渔具与设施渔业中的应用现状、国内外UHMWPE纤维改性研究进展和UHMWPE纤维标准研究进展,旨在为渔用UHMWPE纤维的创新研发与产业化应用提供参考。 As a new synthetic fiber material,ultra-high molecular polyethylene( hereinafter referred to as UHMWPE) fiber can meet the requirements of many industries or facilities because of its comprehensive performance( including high strength,wear resistance,impact resistance,etc.),and it has been applied in fishery areas such as fishing and farming etc. This paper mainly introduces the performance of UHMWPE fiber materials compared to traditional fishing gear materials,the application of UHMWPE fiber materials in fishery industry and the modification research of UHMWPE materials both at home and abroad. It aims to innovate RD and industrialization of UHMWPE application for reference.
