依达拉奉联合康复治疗对脑梗死患者神经营养状态、氧化应激损伤调节作用分析 被引量:6

Effect Analysis of Edaravone on Neurotrophic State and Oxidative Stress Injury in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉联合康复治疗对脑梗死患者神经营养状态、氧化应激损伤的调节作用。方法选择2015年2月—2017年2月医院收治的脑梗死患者102例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组51例,对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合规范三级康复治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后神经营养、氧化应激指标、神经功能缺损评分、生活能力评分的变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者NGF、BDNF、CAT、SOD、TAOC水平均高于对照组,且MDA、LHP、AOPPs水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,且Barthel评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率88.24%,高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未发生严重不适。结论依达拉奉联合康复治疗对脑梗死的疗效确切,可有效促进患者神经功能和肢体功能的恢复,改善患者预后。 Objective To explore the regulatory effect of edaravone on neurotrophic state and oxidative stress injury in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 102 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group and the control group was treated with edaravone. The observation group was treated with the standard three level rehabilitation on the basis of the control group. The changes of nerve nutrition,oxidative stress index,neurological deficit score and life ability score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of NGF,BDNF,CAT,SOD and T-AOC in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the levels of MDA,LHP and AOPPs were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 88. 24%,which was higher than that of the control group( 70. 59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). During the treatment,no serious discomfort occurred in the two groups. Conclusion The three level rehabilitation therapy combined with edaravone is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction,effectively promoting the recovery of nerve function and limb function,and improving the prognosis of the patients.
