摘要
基于新疆地理国情普查及监测成果,结合社会经济数据,开展综合统计分析是一项充满技术难点的任务,综合统计分析的目的应该与新疆自身发展特点、政府关注点和决策需求保持一致。本文以新疆全域或具有地方特色的县(市、州等)为统计分析单元,从新疆地理国情综合统计分析的角度出发,对其工作思路进行了初步的探讨,为更好地利用新疆地理国情普查和监测成果数据提供了借鉴。
It is a task full of technical difficulties to carry out comprehensive statistical analysis based on the geographical conditions survey and monitoring results of Xinjiang and the social and economic data. The purpose of comprehensive statistical analysis should be consistent with the characteristics of Xinjiang＇s own development and the government＇s attention and decision needs. In this paper, based on the statistical analysis unit of the Xinjiang whole or the county with local characteristics （city and state, etc.）, from the perspective of the comprehensive statistical analysis of the geographical conditions of Xinjiang, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on its working ideas, and provides a reference for a better use of the geographical conditions of Xinjiang and the monitoring of the results of the data.
