摘要
目的:总结优质护理干预在院内感染控制中的实施效果,为院内感染控制与预防工作的开展提供参考。方法:在某院2015年3月~2016年3月期间的住院患者中选择100例接受常规护理的作为对照组,2016年4月~2017年4月期间的住院患者中选择100例接受优质护理作为实验组。对比两组实验对象的感染发生率、护理满意度、护理质量评分、健康知识评分、生活质量评分。结果:组间各项实验指标结果对比,采取优质护理的实验组均优于采取常规护理的对照组,经统计学计算,P<0.05。结论:优质护理可以消除或者降低感染问题发生的危险因素并控制院内感染发生情况,在确保患者住院安全的基础上提高治疗效果并加速康复,具有推广实施价值。
Objective：To summarize the application effect of quality nursing intervention in nosocomial infection control,and to provide reference for hospital infection control and prevention.Methods：A total of 100 hospitalized patients were selected in a hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 as a control group,100 hospitalized patients were enrolled in a hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were treated with quality nursing as an experimental group.The incidence of infection,nursing satisfaction,nursing quality score,health knowledge score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results：Compared with the control group with routine nursing,the experimental group was statistically better（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Quality nursing can eliminate or reduce the risk factors of infection and control the occurrence of nosocomial infection.It can improve the therapeutic effect and accelerate the rehabilitation on the basis of ensuring the hospitalization of the patients.It has the value of popularization and implementation.
