“从龙止咳浓煎剂”治疗风痰阻肺型过敏性咳嗽50例临床研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的:观察从龙止咳浓煎剂治疗风痰阻肺型过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将100例风痰阻肺型过敏性咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组50例。治疗组予从龙止咳浓煎剂(25m L,2次/d),对照组予孟鲁司特钠10mg每日1次口服,2组均以治疗14d为1个疗程。观察2组患者临床疗效,症状总分以及咳嗽、咯痰评分改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的66.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者症状总分及咳嗽、咯痰评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗组上述评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中药从龙止咳浓煎剂治疗风痰阻肺型过敏性咳嗽能明显提高临床疗效,改善患者症状,值得临床推广。
