摘要
目的 :了解宫颈癌住院患者疾病不确定感和应对方式的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法:选取符合纳入标准的343例宫颈癌住院患者,应用疾病不确定感量表、医学应对问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果:宫颈癌住院患者疾病不确定感总分为(70.93±11.24)分,处于中等水平;应对方式总分为(45.65±5.55)分。疾病不确定感总分、不明确性维度、复杂性维度与应对方式总分及屈服维度均呈正相关(r=0.211,0.116,0.212,0.398,0.176和0.381,P值均小于0.05)。结论:宫颈癌住院患者疾病不确定感与应对方式相关。因此,在临床护理工作中医护人员应合理评估患者的疾病不确定感水平并指导患者采取积极有效的应对方式,以降低其疾病不确定感。
Objective： To know the status of uncertainty in illness and coping style of inpatients with cervicalcancer, and to probe into the relationship between them.Methods： Distributed the uncertainty in illness scale andcoping style questionnaire to 343 selected inpatients with cervical cancer who met the inclusion criteria.Results：The total score of uncertainty in illness of inpatients with cervical cancer was（70.93±11.24） and reached the middlelevel.The total score of coping style was （45.65±5.55）.The total score of uncertainty in illness, the uncertaintydimension, complexity dimension was positively related to the total score of coping style and surrender coping style（P=0.211, 0.116, 0.212, 0.398, 0.176 和 0.381,〈0.05）.Conclusion： Both uncertainty in illness and coping style wererelated.In the clinic nursing work, nurses should give patients correct guidance in order to take positive measures todecrease uncertainty in illness.
