摘要 为了分析电磁斥力机构主要参数对斥力产生作用效果的影响,以指导基于电磁斥力原理的快速直流真空开关设计,在合理简化的基础上,建立了电磁斥力机构场路耦合动态特性分析的二维有限元模型。分析了斥力盘结构参数、储能电容容量及充电电压对电磁斥力的影响规律,为优化设计提供依据。最后利用基于仿真设计参数的电磁斥力机构、双稳碟簧等研制了12 kV快速真空开关样机。实验结果验证了仿真分析的正确性,实测其固有分闸时间1.8 ms,全行程时间5.0 ms。 The effect of different parameters on the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is analyzed in order to design a high-speed direct current(DC)vacuum switch based on electromagnetic repulsion driving. A two dimensional finite element model is established to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism based on rational simplication. Detailed investigations are performed by simulation regarding the impacts of various structure parameters of metal disk,capacity and charging voltage of energy storage capacitor,which provide the basis for optimization design. Finally,based on the simulation results,a 12 kV high speed switch prototype with an electromagnetic repulsion mechanism and a disk spring mechanism is developed. It can open within 1.8 ms from the trip signal,and the travel time is about 5.0 ms.
