摘要
GIS技术在水利水电工程中经常将该技术应用于防洪工程、水利工程中的监测、记录、分析等,对工程中的水土保持有非常重要的作用.但在应用及运行过程中,一些资金管理和专业技术学习等弊端越显突出,据此提出了相应的改进措施,通过健全人才引进及培训机制、加大水利水电工程技术投入、重点发展技术创新和合理配置等,保证水利水电工程自动化信息技术的顺利实行.
In water conservancy and hydropower engineering,GIS technology is often applied to monitoring,recording,analysis and so on in flood control engineering,water conservancy engineering,and plays a very important role in water and soil conservation in engineering. But in the process of application and operation,some disadvantages of capital management and professional technology study become more prominent. Accordingly,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward by improving the talent introduction and training mechanism,increasing the technical input of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,mainly developing technical innovation and rational allocation and so on,so as to guarantee the smooth implementation of the automatic information technology of water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
