摘要
10kV电力线路迁改作为三电迁改的重难点,严重制约着电气化铁路升级改造的进度。本文通过对电气化铁路升级改造中10kV电力线路迁改施工风险点及应对措施进行分类汇总,以期为同类电力迁改提供参考借鉴,保障电气化铁路升级改造安全高效进行。
The relocation of 10 kV power line is the key and difficulty point of reformation of （the electricity, communications, signals） lines, which severely constrains the progress of upgrading and reconstruction of electrified railways. This article classifies and summarizes the construction risk points and countermeasures of 10 kV power lines in the upgrading and transforming of electrified railways, with a view to providing reference for the similar power relocation and ensuring the safety and efficiency of upgrading electrified railways.
