摘要
肝肺气机升降循环体现了“肝左肺右,气机左升右降”“金木相制,气机相得”“气血流注,开合于肝肺二经”等中医理论。肝肺气机升降轴逆乱,则百病生。临床根据肝肺气机升降乖戾、脾胃气机失调、阴阳失调以及久病入络等病机,可采用散肝收肺、调和脾胃、平肝润肺、通利络血等治法,拟柴胡、桔梗、苦杏仁,蒺藜、桑叶、天冬等组药,四逆散、镇肝熄风汤、麻黄汤等经方调和肝肺气血,治疗多种疾病。
The cycle of ascending and descending of liver and lung qi movement embodies the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） theory of ＂liver is on the left,lung is on the right,left qi ascends and right qi descends＂ ＂metal and wood restricts each other and qi movement goes smoothly＂ and ＂qi and blood goes out and in,opening and closing in the liver and lung meridians＂. If the qi movement of liver and lung is disturbed,many diseases will appear. According to the pathogenesis of disorder of qi movement in ascending and descending,disorder of spleen and stomach qi movement,imbalance of yin and yang of liver and lung,long illness transforming to collaterals,we put forward the treatment methods of dispersing the liver qi and restraining the lung qi,harmonizing spleen and stomach,calming the liver and moistening the lung,and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals. Meanwhile,the corresponding medicine and TCM prescriptions of Chaihu（Bupleuri Radix）,Jiegeng（Platycodonis Radix）,Kuxingren（Armeniacae Semen Amarum）,Jili（Tribuli Fructus）,Sangye（Mori Folium）,Tiandong（Asparagi Radix）,Sini Powder,Zhengan Xifeng Decoction and Mahuang Decoction can be used to regulate qi and blood of the liver and the lung and treat many kinds of disease.
