摘要
在经济和科技发展推动下,石家庄住房公积金管理中心根据自身实际情况,结合住建部的政策指导,积极探索创新住房公积金信息化建设,力求为住房公积金管理提供技术支撑和数据支撑。但是,当前石家庄的公积金信息化建设还停留在单纯的业务办理上,对基础数据的分析应用及管理流程的优化缺乏主动性。本文通过对石家庄住房公积金信息化管理现状的分析,进一步的将现有公积金系统管理平台开展设计优化,完善功能,积极推进"互联网+"背景下的公积金信息化建设,提高信息化应用水平,提升大数据分析挖掘能力,强化监督管理机制等具有针对性的对策和建议。
With the development of economy and science technology, according to Shijiazhang housing provident fund management center actual situation, combined with the housing policy guidance, actively explored innovation housing provident fund information construction. Provided technical support and data support for housing provident fund management. However, the information construction of the provident fimd in Shijiazhuang is still in the pure postal service, and the analysis and application of basic data and the optimization of management process are lack of initiative. Through analyzing the information management status for housing provident fund in Shijiazhuang city, this thesis makes optimization designs to the existing provident fund system management platform to improve its functions; actively promotes the provident fund information construction under the background of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ to increase the level of information application. It also proposes pertinent measures and suggestions on enhancing the ability of analyzing big data and strengthening supervision and management mechanism.
