摘要
目的评价定痫汤加减联合抗癫痫药治疗癫痫的疗效及安全性。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学数据库、Pub Med,筛选出定痫汤加减联合抗癫痫药治疗癫痫的随机对照试验,进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入10个随机对照试验,共790例。结果显示定痫汤加减联合抗癫痫药组治疗癫痫在有效率、显效率、脑电图改善率优于抗癫痫药组。不良反应中消化系统发生率、神经系统发生率、肝肾功能异常率皆低于抗癫痫药组,血液系统发生率、皮疹发生率中两组无明显差异。结论目前证据显示定痫汤加减联合抗癫痫药治疗癫痫有效且安全,鉴于纳入的研究质量参差不齐,尚需更多高质量的研究来证实。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified Dingxian Decoction combined with antiepileptic medicine in the treatment of epilepsy. Methods Data were retrieved through CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Database,CBM,Pub Med,selected set of randomized controlled trials of modified Dingxian Decoction combined with antiepileptic medicine in the treatment of epilepsy and Meta analysis. Results 10 trials were included in total,involving 790 patients. Meta-analysis showed that the effective rate and apparent rate of modified Dingxian Decoction combined with antiepileptic medicine group was better than that of antiepileptic medicine group. Adverse reactions of digestive system incidence,the incidence of nervous system,liver and kidney function abnormalities were lower than the antiepileptic medicine group,the incidence of blood system,the incidence of rash in 2 groups no significant difference. Conclusion At present,the evidence suggests that modified Dingxian Decoction combined with antiepileptic medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of epilepsy. In view of the low quality of the included studies,more high quality studies are needed to confirm the results.
