摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌术后中医证型与病理类型及肿瘤分期分化之间的关系,为非小细胞肺癌术后患者的中医药治疗提供指导。方法收集中国中医科学院广安门医院2006年1月1日以后的符合纳排标准的住院和门诊患者100例,并将病例信息录入到EXCEL表中,建立数据库,最后进行统计学分析。结果中医证型与病理类型之间没有相关性(P>0.05);中医证型与肿瘤分期之间有相关性(P<0.05)。其中IA期、IIA期以脾肺气虚证和气阴两虚证为主;IB期、IIB期、IIIA期以脾肺气虚证及痰湿瘀阻证为主。中医证型与肿瘤分化程度之间具有相关性(P<0.05)。其中低分化、中-低分化、中分化、高-中分化以脾肺气虚,痰湿瘀阻为主;高分化以脾肺气虚,气阴两虚证为主。结论非小细胞肺癌术后患者中医证型与肿瘤分期及与肿瘤分化程度具有相关性,与病理类型之间没有相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between TCM syndrome types and pathological types,staging and differentiation of non-small cell lung cancer after operation,so as to provide guidance for the treatment of postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods From January 1,2006 China Hospital of Guanganmen Academy of traditional Chinese medicine after the 100 inpatient and outpatient discharge standard cases,and the cases of information input to the EXCEL table,establish a database for statistical analysis,at last. Results There was no correlation between TCM syndrome type and pathological type（ P 〉0. 05）. There was correlation between TCM syndrome type and tumor stage（ P 〈0. 05）. Among them,stage IA and IIA were mainly composed of Qi deficiency syndrome of spleen and lung and Qi Yin two deficiency syndrome. IB,IIB and IIIA periods were mainly composed of Qi deficiency syndrome of spleen and lung,phlegm dampness and blood stasis syndrome. There is correlation between TCM syndrome type and tumor differentiation degree（ P 〈0. 05）. Among them,low differentiation,middle low differentiation,middle differentiation,high middle differentiation were mainly caused by Qi deficiency of spleen and lung,phlegm and blood stasis,and differentiation of spleen and lung Qi deficiency and Qi Yin two deficiency syndrome. Conclusion-There is correlation between TCM syndrome type and tumor stage and tumor differentiation degree in patients with non-small cell lung cancer after operation. There is no correlation between the TCM syndrome type and pathological type.
