摘要
目的:观察古典刺灸法治疗腰椎终板炎的临床疗效。方法:选取36例腰椎终板炎患者,采用斜刺、输刺配合温针灸的治疗方法,以VAS评分和ODI评分为疗效评价方法。结果:2个疗程结束及1个月后患者VAS评分和OSwestry腰椎功能障碍指数问卷表均有显著改善。结论:斜刺、输刺配合温针灸治疗腰椎终板炎疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective:TO observe the clinical effect of the classical needing and moxibustion techniques for Lumbar Vertebral endplate Osteochondritis;Methods:adopted Oblique Needing and Supreme Deep-Needling Combined With Warming Needle Moxibustion for treatment of 36 cases of the Lumbar Vertebral endplate Osteochondritis,and chose VAS scores and ODI scores for curative effect evaluation method;Results:two courses of treatment and one month follow-up,the VAS scores and ODI scores were improved significantly;Conclusion:The clinical efficacy on the treatment of Lumbar Vertebral endplate Osteochondritis by Oblique Needing and Supreme Deep-Needling Combined With Warming Needle Moxibustion is satisfied and worth widely promoted.
